We currently accept payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard & Money Order. Shipments payed by Money Order will only be shipped after payment clears.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment.

Return/Exchange Policy:
All items are sold on a consignment basis. This means that the artisan is paid after their item has sold. For this reason items cannot be retured, but one can exchange an item for another item that is the same price, from the same artisan. Any purchased items must be returned to the shop 1 week after it has been received for an exchange. Postage back to the shop will be paid for by the consumer, but any cost to send it back will be covered by Square Peg Artery & Salvage. Should there be a defect in workmanship, we will gladly return the item to the artisan or appropriate repairs.
Square Peg Artery & Salvage will not gift wrap purchased items.
All items will be mailed with delivery confirmation every Tuesday. We will recycle as much packaging material as possible, unless new materials are requested.
We do not have International Shipping at this time.

It can make one feel uplifted knowing that s/he is supporting an individual’s skills and craftsmanship directly. It’s more personable to contribute and re-connect to a culture where thoughtful decisions are often made to upcycle, repurpose and reconstruct items that defy the mass production and box-chain mentalities.
